"I needed a new-to-me vehicle (used) for local driving. Went through numerous websites and found Murphys the best for upfront pricing and details on inventory. Contacted them through the link for a Ford Edge. There was no pressure. No annoying pestering. We went back and forth on a couple of cars then settled on a mint condition car. Low Kms, immaculately kept, great price with snow tires. Excellent experience from start to finish. Excellent customer care across the board. Will buy there again. PK

I called in and he picked up right away, greeted me by name, and handled everything with genuine professionalism and kindness.
This isn’t the first time he’s gone above and beyond for me either — last year he helped me out while he was literally in Jamaica, and now once again he delivered top‑tier service, making sure I was taken care of from start to finish.
Steve is the kind of employee every dealership wishes they had. Friendly, reliable, and willing to sort out anything no matter where he is. He deserves a raise, a bigger desk, or both. Murphy’s Ford should hold onto him tight because people like him are rare in the car sales world.
